Taking stock of where you currently are is paramount. We will paint a clear picture for what it will take to reach your goal based around where you currently are.
Lifestyle.
Understanding there are 23 other hours in the day allows us to see what we need to do with our hour or so in the gym. We will have conversations around what you do in your time outside of the gym, what work looks like, and many other areas that impact your fitness.
Nutrition
You are what you eat…… but you are also what you digest. We’ll dive into nutrition in a group format as well as personally depending on your current needs.
