Sports Performance

LTAD.

Long term athletic development. The goal is to keep the person in mind while developing the athlete as they grow and age. Various levels comprise this model and allow a framework for optimal training, competition and recovery schedule for each stage of athletic development.

General S & C.

With the advent of more technology in the home, it is our belief that kids need to play some in order to get into good shape. Games can come in handy to develop general strength and conditioning capacities. This can aid the athlete in off-season work and for looking for to more sports specific work.

Specificity.

The later stages of LTAD allow for applying the years of effort in order to grow within a sport. Learning to compete allows for the athlete to develop skills, mental prep work, fitness and recovery strategies. Training to compete allows for specific skills to be transferred over into sports movement and environment

Goal Setting.

We sit down with both the parent and athlete (adult athletes are welcome as well) to develop a plan of action in order to reach their ultimate goal. We understand that there is only so much time in a day, so priorities are placed within the schedule to allow for specific ideas to show through in each days training session.

The ball is in your court.

Whether your field of play is sand, hard court, grass, water, or the hardwood, we understand how training can impact your overall ability. We’ve been doing this since 2006 and have established backgrounds in helping advance athletes from one level to the next.

Your goal. Is OUR goal.
